Our son J has been having sessions with Rob since Sept. The sessions have helped our son build his confidence and self esteem massively. He is now much better at communicating with people. Rob spent a lot of time building a trusting relationship and tailors the sessions around J’s interests which helps a lot. He brings different animals to each session and explains about the different animals and the best ways to care and look after them. He also does crafts as part of the session which J really enjoys. We are really pleased with the progress J has made this academic year with his mental health and a lot of credit should be given to Rob for bringing him out of his shell. Rob always checks in with us to see how J’s week has gone and how he’s been in himself which we really appreciate.
J really looks forward to his sessions with Rob which speaks volumes to me.

Becca from Wildlings has been an extraordinary presence in my son Oscars’s life. Oscar has a diagnosis of ASD select mutism and has PDA profilng, Due to various school based traumas, he has been out of school for 5 years, largely avoiding leaving his bedroom.

Becca from Wildlings has been an extraordinary presence in my son Oscars’s life. Oscar has a diagnosis of ASD select mutism and has PDA profilng, Due to various school based traumas, he has been out of school for 5 years, largely avoiding leaving his bedroom.
Becca entered our home with warmth, creativity, and an intuitive understanding of where Oscar is at, she has built a bond with him from the ground up—often in surprising, meaningful ways. Her approach as an Animal-Assisted Intervention Therapist, always bringing Oscar’s favorite animals, has created a regular comforting, motivating environment where he feels safe, seen and encouraged.
Becca has not only helped Oscar understand his own emotions and those of others, but she has also helped him come out of his shell. Their communication is playful, engaging, and steady—banter that keeps dialogue flowing while she gently addresses his anxious thoughts and challenges. She customizes tasks and activities to assess and develop Oscar’s education and motor skills, always respecting his pace while challenging him to grow. Shes consistently had engagement in sessions and oscar leaves his room, Remarkably, she has even guided Oscar to leave the house for short walks with a pet, without my presence—something that hasn’t been possible in years.
Her impact is nothing short of amazing. Becca’s creativity, patience, and deep understanding of young minds who struggle have made a tangible difference in Oscar’s confidence and independence. She includes the whole family in the process, recognizing that siblings and family dynamics play a crucial role in a child’s development. Her support is consistent, collaborative, and truly transformative.
I can’t recommend Becca’s services enough. She is a rare, compassionate professional who genuinely understands and uplifts her clients in ways that few others do.

My daughter has been involved with Wildling Adventures for just under three years, and she has loved every minute of it. Rob, Becca are fantastic at meeting the needs of every child.
They go above and beyond to support families, always taking the time to listen during challenging moments. They truly understand both the day-to-day struggles

The range of animals they bring is incredible and constantly growing and changing, which keeps every session exciting and engaging.
Rob’s visits are the highlight of our week. We have private sessions, and they are worth every penny. He has been working closely with my daughter on her emotions—something that isn’t always easy—but he handles it with patience and skill, keeping her engaged and supported.
I can’t thank Rob and Becca enough for the support they give me as well—they are always there at the end of the phone when needed.
Rob has also attended the SEN club I help run, and he kept all the children engaged and excited—which is no easy task! Even those who were initially unsure around the animals grew in confidence over time.
We’ve also had birthday parties with Wildling Adventures, where my daughter was made to feel like part of the team. She absolutely loved telling her friends all about her favourite animals.
